Tom Meyer asserts the deployment of creativity and excellence that is timeless. And since gastronomy has been at the heart of the establishment since its first day, Thierry Naidu and the chefs of La Chèvre d'Or have chosen to develop their own productions. One can visit the splendid garden with 300 citrus plants, which are as much highlighted in Tom Meyer's cuisine as in the desserts of Florent Margaillan.
