Our Chef Arnaud Faye, recently awarded the Meilleur Ouvrier de France 2018, maintains his two Michelin stars.
He is already working with Julien Dugourd, our Pastry Chef, who was also honored during the ceremony, and their entire team to prepare for the 2019 season, bringing you the finest flavors of our region.
