Our new Italian restaurant ‘Le Stagioni’ – open from April 2018, will take its inspiration from the Italian terroir and its most authentic flavors.
The idea of this Italian restaurant is borne from the meeting of our executive chef, Arnaud Faye, and the Italian chef, Cecilia Moro. Used to Michelin stars restaurants, in Milan first, where she worked at the restaurant Alice (1 Michelin star), at Don Alfonso in the Naples region (2 Michelin stars) , at restaurant Guido in Alba (1 Michelin star) and until recently at the restaurant La Porta di Bologna in Bologna, she accepted the challenge.
The risotto is a must on the menu where you will find it in various ways such as the artichoke, or coffee and capers, to spice up the classics. You will also find the traditional cuisine such as the cappelletti from Piedmont cooked in a parmesan broth.
Julien Dugourd, our pastry chef, will bring the final touch to the delightful creations proposed at ‘Le Stagioni’.
Finally, our head sommelier, Philippe Magne, will recommend a selection of wines emphasizing on the rich Italian terroir and regional producers.
