Our new Italian restaurant ‘Le Stagioni’ – open from April 2018, will take its inspiration from the various culinary traditions of the different regions of Italy.
Chef Ugo Gastaldi, born in the Piedmont region, will seek his inspiration from the Italian terroir to brilliantly highlight all its most authentic flavors.
Under the leadership of our executive chef at La Chèvre d’Or, Arnaud Faye, a four hands culinary symphony will be interpreted, combining traditional, classic, and revisited Italian cuisine.
The chefs will share their attachment to the seasonal products, inviting you to an extraordinary escape across the nearby border.
Julien Dugourd, our pastry chef, will bring the final touch to the delightful creations proposed at ‘Le Stagioni’.
Finally, our head sommelier, Philippe Magne, will recommend a selection of wines emphasizing on the rich Italian terroir and regional producers.
