From 20 October to 30 November 2008, the region's gourmets and some lucky travellers will have the opportunity to discover or rediscover Philippe Labbé's cuisine with a seasonal menu at an exceptional price of €145 (excluding drinks). The "Flavours, Aromas and Colours of the Château" menu served at lunch (€95) and the Tasting Menu (€210) change with the seasons and promise to tempt your eyes, nose and palate more than ever.
